Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor
RMS Foods, Inc. is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor with Food industry experience.
Job Objective
This position will be responsible for working with all departments within the organization while leading a team of individuals in the proper sanitation and set-up of the lines in a safe and productive manner. We are looking for a detail oriented professional that can work as a strong team player to help accomplish company goals of growth and Continuous Improvement. Candidates must have the skills to empower and motivate employees to safely keep the plant clean and set up properly in the most efficient manner while eliminating waste. Candidates must be willing to work varying hours and practice good GMPÕs. Bilingual preferred.
Requirements
This position requires flexibility along with good communication, organizational and people management skills. Leadership skills are a must.
